As a service to our community, we at Healthy For Life are committed to teach you about health.  We offer free natural health classes throughout the month.  Classes usually begin at 6:30 pm and last about an hour.  Our current schedule is listed below.

These classes are always absolutely FREE, yet registration is appreciated.  You may register for the class by email, phone, or stop in and use our sign up sheet. If you forget to register, please still feel free to attend; and bring a friend

Also, be certain that the seminars are educational classes.  We do NOT promote sales of products.
